YouTuber Casey Neistat is Missing
What happened to the mega star?
I am a huge Casey Neistat fan. I admit I wasn’t there for the beginning of his massive YouTube career, but when I finally did discover him, I watched everything I could.
I don’t know everything there is to know about Casey, and I doubt if I have watched everything he has done, but I do still enjoy watching his channel, even though he rarely posts anymore.
Casey was born on born March 25, 1981, in Gales Ferry, Connecticut. He dropped out of high school at seventeen and had a son, Owen, with Robin Harris in 1998. Some of my favorite videos were when he spent time traveling with Owen, especially when he went to Peru, and when they took a road trip on Owen’s way to college in Colorado.
Casey made many films before YouTube but achieved super-stardom after starting to make daily vlogs on YouTube on March 26, 2015.
Casey is an enigma. There is no doubt that he is an awesome filmmaker, but the way he was able to connect with his audience day after day through his daily check-ins was amazing. He has a look and a style that is unmatched, and the way he is able to stay relatable while being cutting-edge cool is truly remarkable.
