I’ve read this a few times and made sure my wife read it as well. It is a very well thought out response and I thank you for taking the time to share your wisdom.

We have been trying to get Zoey to accept more responsibility and be more independent. She is doing well, as since I wrote this, she has been behaving very well. I think she is starting to see that she needs to be more responsible because we have had any whining or complaining.

It is very nice.

I know we will have setbacks, but I think she is on her way.
