I’ve lived in the Philippines for 7 years now, and am always benefitting from the kindness of people I do not know. At first, being the center of attention made me nervous, but I’ve learned to like it.

I try to talk to everyone I meet, something I never did living in America. I am well-known in the area where I live, or you would think I am because I wave at everyone. The friendliness of the people here has rubbed off on me, a noted introvert, and sometimes asshole.

I love it here. I don’t see myself leaving anytime soon. Ill just sit on my porch, drink Red Horse, and waving at everyone who walks by my house.

Great Story!
