I wrote the other day about renovating a room in our house and turning it into a studio/office, and the ball started rolling. My wife is beginning to work more and more, and as I get more into podcasts and video. We will need to be comfortable in this space.

At the end of the rainy season last year, a construction crew next door dropped shit in our gutters, and the house flooded during a storm. It ruined the walls and ceiling, and all need to be replaced, along with the roof that allowed the flooding to happen.
