I decided if I was finally going to do the YouTube/Podcast combo thing, I was going all-in, balls to the wall. The only shot I have in this game is if I am so memorable and relatable that people can’t stop watching or listening.

Fortune favors the brave so that I will put it all out there — all the cards — and hope that being raw and honest is as valuable as I think it is.

I’ve already been writing like this my whole life. I have never been afraid to get raw in my essays, almost stepping over the line to cringe, but this is putting my face and identity on-screen for people to either boo and hiss — or clap and like.
